Welcome to VSS 2.0 Registration Form

Requirements

Prepare the following documents for registration:

  • NPWP, document issued by Ministry of Finance (NPWP).
  • Power of attorney letter (Surat Kuasa).

    Notes:
    Nama dan data Penerima kuasa agar sama dengan nama yang digunakan untuk login ke aplikasi.
    The name and details of the authorized person must match the name used to log into the application.
  • Registration Data

PIC Profile

Person in Charge (PIC) Profile

This information will be used as main contact of your authorized person.
You can add or create new PIC user account after you login to the application.

This information is your account to login to VSS 2.0 system.

Company Data

Input your Buyer Name

Buyer means the institution which request your company to have D&B assesment
ex: PLN, PJB, TELKOM, etc.

Select your Company Name from list

Make sure you select your company name from list, or if not found then you can add your company data.
If you find difference/wrong address, you can update the address after login to system.
